Commercial Insurance Associates, LLC was formed by consolidating the books of business of the principals who owned their respective practices. The major motivation in forming the agency was to build a professional general insurance practice that focused on providing superior service, thereby developing long-term personal relationships with clients.

The insurance brokerage industry has changed dramatically over the last decade. Increasing pressure to maximize profits has caused the large publicly held national and regional brokers to change from a client service focus to a new business production focus where insurance is viewed as a commodity rather than as a professional service. C.I.A., LLC’s business model is to grow profitably by developing professional insurance practices much in the same manner as public accountants, attorneys, physicians, and other professional service businesses. C.I.A., LLC has agency contracts with major national, regional and specialty insurance companies.
